*Exclusions for B clean services’ Specials

The number of Cleaning Technicians and the time in home cannot be requested and/or guaranteed. B clean’s Specials cannot be split up into two or more cleanings. All Man Hours must be completed on the same date as scheduled. B clean Services cannot guarantee all the home will be cleaned in the time allowed. If you are looking to have the home completely cleaned, B clean highly suggests having us do an in-home estimate instead of purchasing a special, so we guarantee to get all your details complete.

B clean Specials cannot be used on: Move-in/out cleanings, empty rental properties or new/post construction clean up. 

Services excluded on B clean specials are:

  • No interior of appliances – (refrigerators/freezers/ovens)
  • We do not clean interior of cabinets whether they are empty or not
  • No windows – (If time allows, we will do front and back entry door glass)
  • No washing blinds – (Dusting is included in clean)
  • No carpet cleaning – (We will vacuum areas that are cleaned)
  • No tile/grout cleaning with a machine – (We will mop areas that are cleaned)
  • No exterior work or power washing.
